I'm feeling this pull right now.
There's a lot of stress, uncertainty and social isolation going on right now.
I've been at home with my girls and husband (who is currently working from home). And trying to come up with ideas to keep us all happy, healthy and entertained during this pandemic, without losing it on each other, has been... interesting 😆
Schools are closed. Gyms are closed. Libraries, play centres, mommy and me classes, it's all closed or cancelled. Even my favourite yoga studio has been closed for weeks now.
I'm feeling the loneliness of social isolation.
I'm feeling the need to move my body to keep my energy up and release some tension and stress.
I'm feeling the desire to help other moms who may be feeling the same way.
Which is why - when I had this idea - I decided to jump on it.
I was writing a message to some friends and I said "The world could definitely use some love, compassion and positivity right now".
And moms - more than anyone else - know this.
Living through this uncertainty is stressful enough as an adult.
But being a mom means things can feel a heck of a lot more intense - because it's not just about you anymore. You need to make choices that impact a tiny human who depends on you for love, nourishment and survival.
No pressure right?! 😉
Which is why I want to make sure that, in between Googling how to keep your kiddo happy and healthy and entertained during this situation, you're also thinking about yourself.

Like exercising, getting some fresh air, calling a friend, turning your phone off and not looking at social media for a while?

Here's What's Included
8 weeks of strength-training workouts + mobility flows
These are home workouts so you'll need no, or very little equipment to do them.
There will be 2-3 different levels for every exercise so you can find the challenge that's right for you.
And you'll also get written how-tos and links to demo videos of the exercises so you'll know exactly how to do each movement.
You'll also get mobility-based movement videos.
During times like this it's easy for our bodies to get stiff and tense from all the stress.
These quick videos will focus on helping you get more mobility in your body and help you let that stress and tension go.
2 live group workouts every week
I'll be live over a video conference software called Zoom twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays doing the workouts along with you.
Zoom is free and you can use it on your phone, tablet or computer.
If you're missing your favourite group fitness class, this is a way for you to enjoy being part of the energy that only a group workout class can give you.
You may even get to enjoy my toddlers waddling around in the background while I workout! #momlife 😂
The live workouts will also be recorded and shared in the member's area within 24 hours so - if you can't make it live - you can do the workout when it works for you.
Community support and connection beyond social media
I'll be staying on the video call after our live group workouts to answer questions, provide support, give you someone to chat to in case you're lonely or need to talk to someone outside your house right now (I know I'll enjoy those chats!)
While the workouts will allow you to melt the stress away, boost your energy, and build some strength, another huge focus of this program is on the community.
